DAY-OF COORDINATION
A personally matched event specialist will be there the day-of to handle all the logistical details, giving your team the freedom to mingle with exhibitors, presenters and attendees.

Multiple cameras to capture presenters. Direct link to presentation computer and audio system. Content stream-able to all major streaming platforms. Copy of event recording.
sound packages
Professional microphone systems for presenter and audience questions. PA speakers to allow all attendees to hear. Audio technician to control microphone levels. Ability to set up system anywhere, even when power is not available
av presentation
Large projection screen with suitable projector, upgradeable to larger projection screens for larger venues. Correct connections available for all computer makes to cover audio and video. Technician available for set-up and to control presentation upon request.
